We are committed to working closely with residents and the resident’s guarantor to provide timely and accurate invoices. We work closely with all Medicare-D and most commercial insurance plans to limit medication costs. We also offer convenient payment options, such as an online payment portal. Pharmacy Services

Carvajal Pharmacy LTC provides specialized packaging and specialized pharmacy services unique to the long-term care resident needs, such as infusion therapy and compounded medications.

Delivery

We use dedicated delivery staff to provide timely and accurate delivery of medications on a 24/7 basis. We use state-of-the-art routing and delivery software to ensure that medications are available to the facility to meet resident needs.

Consulting

Our pharmacist consultants work closely with your facility staff to review each resident’s medication profile to ensure optimal outcomes. They also support the community through participation in quality assurance programs and developing other programs to help the facility meet the resident needs.
